We will begin Fall Conditioning and the schedule is a s follows:

Conditioning will start 6/17 and run through the entire summer.

Football on the Turf Field.  Monday thru Thursdays from 9 am – Noon.

Volleyball behind the school by the training room door.  Tuesday thru Fridays from 8:30 am -9:30 am

Boy’s Soccer on the Turf Field.  6/17 and 6/19 from 6 pm – 8 pm and then Starting 6/22 Monday and Thursdays from 6 pm – 8 pm.

Cheerleaders.  Monday Thru Thursdays 10 – 11:30 on the practice grass field and noon – 1:30 on the turf field.

Field Hockey. Tuesdays starting June 23rd.  6pm- 8pm on the turf.



General training session guidelines:

  • Anyone with a temperature above 100.3 will not be allowed to participate.
  • Anyone without a water bottle will not be allowed to participate.
  • These sessions are for “Skills & Drills” only – no physical contact of any kind.
  • Social Distancing must occur at all times (6 feet).
